Quality Assurance

Our internal systems have been developed to ensure that all operational staff attend client properties on a random basis and conduct site inspections of the property and the respective Security Guard. Once completed, the inspection summary is submitted for review by the Operations Manager and becomes part of the client file.
Coguard Security Inc. conducts a semi-annual formal evaluation with all clients through our Client Evaluation Form. In addition to regular communication, the evaluation system is completed so that the Executive Staff can personally review the clients’ comments and can respond to any concerns/requests.
